Another toothpaste I have been trying out, I feel there isn't any harm in trying out toothpastes because they pretty much all do the same job but with different flavours and textures. I'm not sure the texture of this was one of my personal faves as it was quite grainy and I prefer a much smoother texture, the flavour is quite subtle so its great if you are not a big fan of overpowering mint smells.

Now, I cant say what makes the perfect candle, the smell? the packaging? the type of jar? It has to be a combo of all 3 right? Since I ran out of my current moisturiser I thought I might as well give another product a go. I have been wanting to try REN's latest product for a while so it was the right time to start using just this in a one step simple skincare routine. I wanted to use it on its own to actually see what kind of results I got and if it really does make my skin glow. The first thing that hit me was the refreshing citrus smell, I thought I would test it on my hand first off just to see if I would be sensitive to it and to my surprise the cotton pad was really quite filthy aha but it left my hand super soft. I took the plunge to try it on my face and again....filthy cotton pad but super soft skin. It leaves the skin sort of tacky which gives it that glow, to me its a similar glow as to when you put oil on your face but less oily obviously :) I let it air dry which only takes a few moments then I either put my makeup on, or leave as is. ever dreamed of being a pretty young thing in the times of 'Grease', 'the Outsiders' or further back than that? 'breakfast at Tiffany's' or even 'the Great Gatsby'. I would give up all the wi fi, junk food and tv shows in the world to have experienced it. Well...maybe just to go back and experience it for a week or so, after having the human rights we do today and freedom of thought and choices maybe living through those times wouldn't be so fun. movies and books really do have an effect on the imagination don't they. Who would have thought having soft hands and skin was a luxury, dry hands are a lot more common than originally thought. I mean being a women who does everything herself, DIY, washing, cleaning ,more washing, painting, washing with chemicals, dying hair....you get the drift. All that adulting takes their toll on our hands, so its important we look after them. Today’s fit is considering the fact that it is now sunscreen weather and not coat weather, that reminds me I must stop putting oil on my skin otherwise I’m going to bake. I find I can be all over the place with my style, skincare routine and makeup when the weather suddenly changes. It never seems to be an easy transition, more like BAM its here!
