#FOOD + DRINK | The Piano Works bar/restaurant review (Farringdon)

On Friday I had the pleasure of being invited to enjoy a 3 course meal (feeling like Belle from Beauty and the Beast) and some cheeky cocktails at the Piano Works which is situated in Farringdon, London. I was also allowed to bring a guest with me so of course I bought along my mum :)  Before I go most places I like to do a little snooping and research to know what I'm letting myself in for aha so I pretty much picked out my cocktails and food out before hand and had the excitement of finding out whether they lived up to the expectations I created in my head! On arrival I was excited and intrigued to find out that the venue was actually downstairs in a type of basement area, meaning it was very cosy! It was dimly lit with low lighting with purple hues and tables with lamps which gave off all the chilled vibes. With the band area in the middle of the room, a bar at one end and tables dotted around. Listening to the singers play the piano and sing songs like Dr...

#HEALTH & FITNESS | Loosing weight the fun way with Nutribuddy

From the title i know that you all must be thinking fun and loosing weight cant go in the same sentence, but you are wrong. There are a lot of diets out there and products that can help you to lose weight and i want to show you today that a diet doesnt have to be such a negative thought or thing to do!  What may work for one wont work for another BUT just have a read of my journey so far and see if you could do it for yourself. So, i got sent this beautiful looking bundle from Nutribuddy. It is a 14 day bundle. Which you can buy online for £34.99, there is also the option to buy a 7 day starter kit for £24.99 (recommened for anyone who wants to try it out before commiting to a bigger bundle to see if it works for you) you can also buy a bigger bundle for £62.99 which is a 30 day one.  I myself can be quite sceptical of meal replacement shakes as i think eating 3 meals a day and keeping snacking to the minimum is enough to help you stay at the weight of your cho...

#FOOD | Matcha mint oreo milkshake recipe

Hello hello, this is going to be my first ever food post! eek, but it will be the best post because i am combining one of my ALL TIME favourite milkshak recipes with some healthy ingredients. So really it is a win - win situation for us! I have been super busy with interviews over the last couple of weeks and i have now started learning arabic properly! You know i always say on twitter i want to learn arabic or turkish or italian and i seem to learn the easiest sentences and then give up haha but i have knuckled down and really started to get a grasp on the arabic language! So i suppose you could say thats why i have kind of reduced my blog posts. Then came my obsession with oreo milkshakes...i slowly starting to wave goodbye to that summer body i was working so hard on getting.  It all began with a quick trip to skoops to grab a refreshing milkshake and then started becoming an obsession with me visting skoops, kaspas and desserts more than i visted my own home LOL, when it b...
