#FOOD | Matcha mint oreo milkshake recipe

Hello hello,
this is going to be my first ever food post! eek, but it will be the best post because i am combining one of my ALL TIME favourite milkshak recipes with some healthy ingredients. So really it is a win - win situation for us! I have been super busy with interviews over the last couple of weeks and i have now started learning arabic properly! You know i always say on twitter i want to learn arabic or turkish or italian and i seem to learn the easiest sentences and then give up haha but i have knuckled down and really started to get a grasp on the arabic language! So i suppose you could say thats why i have kind of reduced my blog posts. Then came my obsession with oreo milkshakes...i slowly starting to wave goodbye to that summer body i was working so hard on getting.
It all began with a quick trip to skoops to grab a refreshing milkshake and then started becoming an obsession with me visting skoops, kaspas and desserts more than i visted my own home LOL, when it became apparent i couldnt always get there because of interviews and work i decided to make my own! much to the annoyance of my mum (2 shakes a day = no milk left).

The most prominent thought at the time of making and drinking the shakes was how i could share it with you guys!! I always want  my readers to get the best things in life, and this i consider THE best. Although i started to feel guilty because i started drinking way too many and not just as a treat , which clearing is not good as it contains milk, ice cream and oreos!! So when i got to sample some of eatcleantea.com 's matcha tea which is such a superfood i decided to combine the 2 so i didnt feel so guilty about drinking it as in effect im getting some goodness out of it :) i have also been a little bit in love with chia seeds at the moment so thus began this creation!

The recipe is so simple & i hope you yourself can make one to try it out!
(you can skip the matcha tea and chia seed step if you want a sweet treat ;) )

You will need -
A packet of oreos
Milk
Ice cream (plain or vanilla)
Chia seeds
A blender

Once you have all your ingredients you are set to start putting them in the blender and blending them for literally 30 seconds or so!

So here is everything together, ready to be blended. As i said before you can skip the powder and seeds if you want, it tastes yummy either way!

TA- DA! A super yummy and healthy looking and tasting milkshake!
If you give it a go please tag me so i can see your creations!
Im on twitter and instagram @ justsarahxoxo_

I added extra chia seeds on top :)

#BEAUTY | Faux Mink Lashes for a Natural/Flattering Look

Lashes don't always have to be worn just for a dramatic effect, they can also be worn to accentuate your eye in a natural yet defining way. I don't wear falsies everyday ( if you do..how do you do it?!) but sometimes when my mood permits me to wear them on an average day I go for a natural/wispy lash or just an accent lash for the outer part of my eye. Buying lashes isn't as an easy job as you may think, you really have to consider the brand due to mink lashes! Luckily I can present to you a brand which have just brought out a line of faux mink lashes as well as their other natural lashes. From fluffy, natural and salon style see how you can get the look below! All lashes from Kiss Faux Mink - LBD Lash Give me all the Hollywood starlet glam! #TRAVEL | Liverpool

Its been a month since I visited Liverpool for the first time, its only right that I share my trip :) First of its a very friendly place, but I have come to learn that most places apart from London are....sorry London but its true.  I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and I would say that it was enough time to explore the main parts of Liverpool and get a vibe for it. Im happy that I can now sing "ferry across the mersy" and constantly shout.. I've been there! I've been there! Its the little things that make it worth it aha Im a sucker for being near water and also in the city centre and the hotel I stayed which was called the tune hotel was the perfect walk away from the river as well as the city. A 5 min walk to the famous Cavern Club. Museums are a plenty and I visited them all! My fave being the museum of Liverpool, lots of interactive fun things to do and to learn. I would recommend taking a part of the day to go on the bus tours o...
