#BEAUTY | First impressions - LIMECRIME liquid listicks

ola my lovely readers ^_^
welcome back again, this time to another beauty post. this is pretty much a first impressions posts too as I have never used any of the LimeCrime products before! exciting I know.
Thanks to a lovely blogger friend of mine Amina who blogs over at www.aliandher.com I got such a bargain on these. ASOS was had 30% off some of their beauty products and these were included in that, Amina brought it to my attention via twitter sooo thank you very much for that :) instead of paying £15 each they was £11 each!

I had such a hard time choosing what colours to go for, I probably researched swatches for a good 40 minutes before I went with SALEM and BUFFY.
Buffy is the nude colour, and tbh I couldn't not pick a nude colour, I feel it is essential to have a nude shade from every brand possible haha

Salem is a deep brown colour, I picked salem because I genuinely haven't got this colour in my lipstick collection and I felt it was missing and I think its a very striking colour. I'm yet to decide whether I can pull it off or not.

They are a matte liquid lipstick and I do love a matte, I haven't worn the colours for the whole day yet so I cant say whether they last a good few hours or not. But I did wear buffy for a bit and it dried quite quickly into the matte formation and didn't seem to be drying at all.

They go on very wet and smoothly and dry fast. I would advise a base underneath especially for the dark colour. I just lined my lips with a brown pencil and then filled it in, just so the natural redness of my lips didn't seep through in the middle as I find with darker colours the bit in the middle of the lips wears away a lot quicker!

I shall link them below if anybody wants to have a browse

have you tried any of Limecrime's products

XOXO

#REVIEW | Ammonia FREE hair dye w/ NATURIGIN

There are a lot of hair dyes on the current market and when i am shopping for one i tend to normally stick to one or two brands, more than anything it is to do with price rather than being about a brand i love. All hair dyes have a variety of colours and there ist much else that sets them apart, so for me i am easily swayed and will give most brands a go! Enter... NATURIGIN . This posts is actually a little overdue, sorry guys! I met the lovely people behind the brand at the blogger hangout event which you can read HERE and they told me the wonders about the hair dye. Basically the biggest selling point or best asset shall i say of this product is the fact that it is ammonia free and organic based! The dye itself is free of ammonia, which means it doesnt have the smell of a chemical lab!! I was so pleased and pleasently suprised with the smell of the dye. I really had no idea what to expect but it wasnt at all that strong bleachy smell it was so much more toned down.
