#TRAVEL | Liverpool

Its been a month since I visited Liverpool for the first time, its only right that I share my trip :)
First of its a very friendly place, but I have come to learn that most places apart from London are....sorry London but its true.
I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and I would say that it was enough time to explore the main parts of Liverpool and get a vibe for it.

Im happy that I can now sing "ferry across the mersy" and constantly shout..
I've been there!
I've been there!
Its the little things that make it worth it aha

Im a sucker for being near water and also in the city centre and the hotel I stayed which was called the tune hotel was the perfect walk away from the river as well as the city. A 5 min walk to the famous Cavern Club.

Museums are a plenty and I visited them all! My fave being the museum of Liverpool, lots of interactive fun things to do and to learn.

I would recommend taking a part of the day to go on the bus tours of which you can jump on at many areas, the little tit bits of info about Liverpool are what I thrive on. A great way to get to know the city in a short amount of time.

The Albert Docks are a sure place to visit. A beautiful industrial history, some museums near by including the titanic and slave museum and lots of places to eat!

The shopping centre area is masssssive and its literally got every shop you can think off. Also full of buskers every day and during the evening :)

If you are looking for some nightlife there is a mini strip near the cavern club and nearby is also a Wetherspoons which is great for some breaky!

Whether you are going for the night life, a mini break or just to first hand see a new place I think Liverpool should be on everyone's list.

#BEAUTY | Makeup Revolution Flawless 4 eyeshadows + NEW concealer

In my bid to do a full face of affordable and decent makeup, I went on a shopping trip to gather my items....and of course to grab that concealer the whole beauty world is talking about (or so it seems) so my trip was a disappointing one as the store I went to was near enough empty of makeup revolution :( so I bought this flawless 4 eyeshadow kit and concealer and intend to buy other bits like foundation, brow and lip products etc somewhere else. For the time being though I wanted to share my thoughts on this palette.
The colours are stunning, I'm actually so happy at how high street brands are really good quality for the money, I believe this palette was £6. I was drawn to the pinks and reds and of course the shimmer shades, both being really pigmented. There is a bit of fallout but mostly in the darker colours. There is a good range of mattes and shimmers and saying that also a good range of crease colours and lid colours.

The concealer which is being compared to tartes shape t…

#BEAUTY | Faux Mink Lashes for a Natural/Flattering Look

Lashes don't always have to be worn just for a dramatic effect, they can also be worn to accentuate your eye in a natural yet defining way. I don't wear falsies everyday ( if you do..how do you do it?!) but sometimes when my mood permits me to wear them on an average day I go for a natural/wispy lash or just an accent lash for the outer part of my eye. Buying lashes isn't as an easy job as you may think, you really have to consider the brand due to mink lashes! Luckily I can present to you a brand which have just brought out a line of faux mink lashes as well as their other natural lashes. From fluffy, natural and salon style see how you can get the look below! All lashes from Kiss
Faux Mink - LBD Lash
Give me all the Hollywood starlet glam! I cant help but feel like Audrey Hepburn or Elizabeth Taylor in these lashes. They are fluffy, wispy yet add a little drama. This lash can be re-used up to 10 times if you look after them im sure they will last even longer than that. T…

#BEAUTY| Hair colour restore at home w/ Scott Cornwall

As a box dye girl through and through I'm very welcoming to try new brands, colours and different coverage techniques that are offered.
I got a lovely bit of blogger mail from a brand called Scott Cornwall, it came in such a beautiful box and I was the worst blogger ever and didn't take photos of the box..and if I did I just simply cant find them! Because in all truth I got this package a while ago but I wanted to wait until any other recent dyes I had on my hair had grown out so I could see the results in full effect. Now I think of it there may be a photo of the box on my blog facebook page *hmm*.

As a brunette I got the chocolate brown colour but I also got a deep red colour if I was feeling like a change! I used the chocolate brown colour of course :)
The dye is not permanent but instead it is a colour restore for faded hair, or I like to think its a colour that can keep your hair looking glossy and coloured in the in-between times of when you have coloured your hair and…
